About Us - Our Story
Lisa has been in the residential elder care industry for the past ten years. She is currently an experienced RCFE Administrator for two Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly in Escondido, CA.
Her knowledge of California state laws/Title 22 for RCFE's is invaluable. Additionally, Lisa is involved with many organizations in the elder care industry. Lisa has four grown children and lives in Escondido with her husband and four standard poodles.
Dawn has over twenty-five years management experience in the corporate world. Dawn recently ventured into elder care joining her sister and is thrilled to be in a work environment where you are giving back to others. She also has recently earned her RCFE Administrator license. Dawn lives in Rancho Penasquitos with her husband, two daughters, one dog and horse.

Our Mission
We know what a difficult and important decision it is when placing your loved ones in the care of others. Our own mother received care in a few RCFE's during her lifetime while living in the San Diego area. Let us help you find the right fit for your loved one. We had great experiences with our mother with assisted living facilities and we would love to share with you places we would place our own mother. In honor of Dorothy we know she is smiling down on us and feeling very proud of her daughters.
